I am a creator. What is going to happen after I submit the form online?

We will pass on your information to the right department based on your submission and category of interests. After careful assessments, one of our team members will reach out to you for an interview to get to know you more. Contract and detailed terms will be discussed in the final stage.

How Will I get booked for jobs after I am signed to YY media Co.?

After you are signed to a specific department. We will contact you when we have suitable jobs that match your expertise.

Am I allowed to take on other jobs if I am signed to YY Media Co.?

Absolutely. You are free to do projects on the side. However, there are specific confidentiality and non-solicitation terms on the contract that will be discussed in the final stage before signing with us.

What skill level do I have to reach in order to be signed by YY Media Co.?

We commit ourselves to find the top talents in the industry whether you are interested in working commercial or creative projects. Although we do encourage individuality, you do need to have related work experience and a certain level of professionalism in your specific area.

What if I don’t have a portfolio yet? / I got rejected, can I apply again?

Portfolio/reel is mandatory. We cannot process your application with missing information.

Please don’t feel discouraged if you get rejected. Keep on doing what you are passionate about and update us with more of your projects in the future.

I am looking for a specific service, what is going to happen after I submit the form?

Based on your submission, either the commercial or creative department manager will reach out to you. After discussing specific details and styles you are looking for, we will find the most suitable artists to match the project.

How do I trust YY Media Co. with my business/personal information?

YY Media Co. is strictly following the Canadian Privacy law and this will be discussed before official partnership on specific services with our clients.

To ensure accountability related to confidentiality, we have contracts sighed with all of our artists following Canadian law notarized by our corporate lawyer.
